We never sell, rent, monetize, or broker your personal information or company data under any circumstances.

02 Information We Collect

We only collect information directly necessary to scope, architect, contract, build, and support software development projects:

• Scoping & Contact Data: Representative full name, work email address, telephone/WhatsApp number, company name, and project requirements submitted via our consultation forms.
• Engineering & Technical Credentials: Temporary API keys, development environment repository access, and staging credentials supplied by clients under strict mutual NDA for sprint execution.
• Anonymous Telemetry: Anonymized site usage telemetry (page paths, browser type, referral domain) captured via privacy-conscious Google Analytics 4 without personally identifiable profiling.

03 How We Use Your Information

Collected information is used exclusively for:

• Generating customized architecture roadmaps, sprint quotes, and engineering scopes of work.
• Coordinating project milestones, weekly sprint demos, and code handovers via WhatsApp and email.
• Granting authenticated access to client portal repositories and milestone tracking dashboards.
• Generating accurate GST/business invoices and tax documentation.

04 Enterprise Security & Source Code Safeguards

All client communications, engineering specifications, and deliverables are handled according to enterprise security best practices:

• Encryption at Rest & Transit: Industry-standard TLS 1.3 encryption across all web channels and AES-256 encrypted database volumes.
• Zero Data Leakage: Client codebases, environment secrets, and backend databases are isolated in private, client-owned GitHub/GitLab repositories. SparkSoftwares does not retain private repository code after final contract handover.
• Role-Based Access: Only engineers actively staffed on your specific milestone sprint are granted access to staging infrastructure.

05 WhatsApp & Direct Engineering Communication

When you provide your phone or WhatsApp number, it is utilized exclusively for real-time sprint coordination, rapid engineering triage, and direct technical consultation. We do not dispatch robotic broadcast marketing, automated sales dialers, or unsolicited promotional messages.

06 Compliance & Client Rights (DPDP Act & GDPR)

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act and applicable international privacy frameworks, you retain complete sovereignty over your information:

• Right to Review: Request an export of all contact records and historical project documentation we have on file.
• Right to Deletion / "Right to be Forgotten": Request permanent deletion of all staging environments, scoping notes, and CRM records within 48 hours of contract conclusion.
